Registration

Those who are passionate about music are encouraged to join. St. Cecilia's Youth Orchestra is open to anyone who is 12 years or older with some experience in music.

Being part of the St. Cecilia Youth Orchestra is a good way to:

• meet new people
• share your talent
• learn new songs
• perform at different events
• have lots of fun!

Practices are normally held every Saturday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.

Our goals are to perform at various church events, concerts, charitable events, and retirement homes. We are also interested in working with other musical groups at church, like the church choir to share with them our gift of music.

This year we are collecting an annual membership fee of $10 (starting October). This money will go towards any materials SCYO needs during practices and performances. Throughout the year, there will be various discussions as to where members would like to see the money being spent to help improve our Orchestra.
